All advertisers must adhere to the following policies. The Alpaca Breeders of Western New York reserves the right to refuse or terminate an ad without refund in the event that the policies below are not followed:

Advertising Policies:

1. The item or service advertised must be related to agriculture or the alpaca industry.

2. The fee for the ad placement must be paid in full prior to the posting of the ad.

3. An ad may link to an advertiser's private web site. However, the web site must be suitable for viewing by all age groups. The advertiser will be responsible for ensuring that the content of the linked web site adheres to this policy throughout the entire time the ad is placed on the ABWNY web site. In addition, all sites submitted with links will be screened prior to posting of the ad.

4. All artwork submitted must follow the specifications below:

Artwork size: 125 pixels wide x 171 pixels tall
File Format: JPG, GIF, SWF
