Herdsire Showcase

	Mercury Rising Mercury is a stunning Medium Silver Grey herdsire with a great deal of Rose grey fibers in his fleece. He carries outstanding genetics as a MFI Scimitar Son, Peruvian Silvio and Peruvian Timoteo in his bloodlines. Mercury has excellent fiber, very fine with a tight consistent crimp. Mercury currently has three crias on the ground. He has thrown a true black female, a true black male and a dark brown female. All his crias seem to carry his excellent confirmation and gentle disposition. If you are looking to turn up the heat in your breeding program then Mercury Rising is the one for you. He is now available for limited outside breedings. Watch for Mercury Rising this spring in the showring he took a third place at MAPACA 2008. Bello Prophet

Meet Bello Prophet! Owned by BelleauWood Farms Alpacas, Prophet is standing stud at West Winds Alpaca Ranch in West Valley, NY till the summer of 2009.

We were blown away by this guy’s fleece when we saw it, and apparently, so are the judges. His most recent award has been Fawn Color Champion in the fleece show at this year’s MAPACA Jubilee! But that’s only one of many championships, reserve championships, & blue ribbons this stud has taken over the past 2 years in fleece and halter shows.

Prophet is a grandson of the late, great, Peruvian Dakotia, and son of MFI Peruvian Jericho, who commands a stud fee of $7500 & to whom only 5 outside breedings a year are sold.
