12:00pm – 6:00pm		Check in: color check, health papers, microchip, set up store*
4:00pm		All fleece entries must be checked-in
6:30pm		Meet and Greet: Pizza party

* ABWNY Store: Those of you who have items for sale in the store, ask for directions to the store when you arrive.

Saturday 7/12/2008 - Open to the Public

8:30am		Judges meeting mandatory attendance to all exhibitors.
9:00am – 12:00pm		Halter and fleece show.
12:00pm – 1:00pm		Herdsire Show Case
1:00pm –5:00pm		Continuation of Halter and Fleece Show.
1:00pm - 5:00pm		Photographer Available
5:00pm – 6:00pm		Fiber Arts education for ABWNY members and show participants.
6:30pm		Pig Roast dinner served under the tents (tickets required).

Sunday – 7/13/2008 - Open to the Public

8:30am – 10:00am		Finish fleece show
11:00am		Fleece show open to public
11:00am		Start performance in Ring 2
9:00am – 12:00pm		Halter Classes
12:00pm – 1:00pm		Lunch Break – hand out Fleece champion banners
12:00pm – 3:00pm		Photographer Available
1:00pm		Finish halter classes in Ring 1
3:00pm		Pick up Fleeces
3:00pm		Break down show

NOTE: The Photographer will only be available for picture taking during the following times. Complimentary photos will be taken for blue ribbon and banner winners in both the halter and fleece competitions.
